MAKING INCLUSION S.T.I.C.K.

NeuroNarrative Cohort Portal

Most workplace learning fades because it ends too early.
This cohort is designed to help inclusion, reflection, accountability and awareness continue beyond the workshop itself.

Over the next several weeks, we’ll move through the S.T.I.C.K. framework:

Surface, Try, Integrate, Continue & Keep

Each week includes short reflections, prompts and activities designed to help you notice, apply & revisit the work over time.

How To Move Through The Experience?

  1. Listen to each audio reflection from Session I in order:
    Surface → Try → Integrate → Continue → Keep

  2. After each audio, get a notebook and complete the reflection questions connected to that section.

  3. Take your time. This is designed to be reflective, not rushed.

Once you’ve completed all five sections, move on to Week 1 of the cohort activities below.

What is one thing you’d want to see differently 90 days from now?

Weekly Activities

Each Monday, a new reflection activity will be released as part of the cohort experience.
These activities are designed to be short, reflective and easy to complete — no more than 10–15 minutes.

Suggested times:

  • End of your lunch break (ex. 12:45–1:00 PM)

  • End of your workday (ex. 4:45–5:00 PM)

Each week:

  1. Reflect on the prompt

  2. Complete the short activity

  3. Submit your reflection using the form below

Simple. Intentional. Sustainable.

You’ll also receive a reminder email each Monday when the next activity becomes available.

SURFACE

Over the last several days, what moments, behaviours, conversations, or patterns have you started noticing differently since the session?

Pay attention to: meetings, conversations, leadership responses, silence, accountability, openness, discomfort, inclusion, exclusion.

Notice the moments where people seem able to exist honestly.
Then notice the moments where they do not.

  2. What behaviour, interaction, or pattern stood out to you?

  3. What made that moment feel inclusive, supportive, or psychologically safer — or not?
