WORKPLACE
PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY
HAS CHANGED IN
NOVA SCOTIA
On September 1, 2024, gradual-onset psychological injuries became compensable through WCB Nova Scotia.
On September 1, 2025, new workplace harassment prevention regulations required employers to establish & implement workplace harassment prevention policies.
The focus is now on IMPLEMENTATION.
It's not enough to establish that psychological safety matters.
Organizations need to put those expectations into practice, consistently, across the workplace, over time.
TALKS TOO MUCH helps organizations implement psychological safety.
THIS IS NOT :
a “one-off workshop”
a “PowerPoint presentation
We turn policies, training and workplace expectations into repeated behaviours through story, reflection & practical action over time.
THE PROBLEM:
Harm happens over time.
Prevention should too.
Most training programs stop at AWARENESS. Psychological safety requires IMPLEMENTATION.
Psychological safety is shaped by what happens repeatedly in meetings, conversations, mistakes, disagreements, decisions & everyday interactions.
Can employees admit mistakes?
Will they ask questions without feeling judged?
Does your team challenge ideas?
Can they speak up when something doesn't feel right?
Do leaders respond productively when they do?
Can people hold one another accountable?
If those behaviours aren't happening consistently,
there's still work to do.
NeuroNarrative™ is a story-based psychological safety implementation system
We combine Workplace Audio Story Simulations, guided reflection activities and practical workplace application. NeuroNarrative helps teams move from understanding psychological safety to actively creating it.
They experience them.
They hear psychologically safe and unsafe workplace situations unfold.
They reflect on what happened.
They identify patterns in their own workplace.
They apply what they've learned in real conversations and real situations.
PARTICIPANTS DON’T JUST LEARN CONCEPTS.

WE GOOD?
A Workplace Story Experience
We Good? is a 13-chapter fictional audio story set inside Northline, an ordinary workplace trying to understand how a series of small decisions, conversations and missed moments led to one significant incident.
It serves as the front door to the Psychological Safety Implementation System, giving participants a workplace to experience and understand before asking them to examine their own. Through Northline, listeners encounter trust, speaking up, accountability, feedback, ego and the everyday behaviours that quietly shape workplace culture.
