C.A.R.E. + SKILL-SHIFT Audio
ACTIVITIES
WEEK 1
Surface
This week is about awareness.
Not reflection.
Not processing.
Not solving.
Just noticing what stuck.
From either C.A.R.E. Stories or Skill-Shift, choose one moment or pattern that stayed with you.
Don’t unpack it. Don’t analyze it. Just notice it.
Your Prompts:
What moment or pattern stuck with you — and why that one?
Where did you see it show up in your real work this week?
How To Do This:
Notice during the week.
At the end of the week, write your answer in your notebook.
Then submit your response in the form below.
Keep it short. One moment only.
Submit by Friday.
WEEK 2
Try
This week is about testing.
Not mastering.
Not performing.
Not fixing everything.
Just trying one small shift
From either C.A.R.E. Stories or Skill-Shift, choose one sentence or skill you want to test.
Something small. Something real.
Your Prompts:
What sentence or skill did you choose to try this week?
When did you use it in a real conversation?
What happened when you tried it?
How To Do This:
Choose one moment where the pattern shows up.
Try the shift once.
At the end of the week, write your answer in your notebook.
Then submit your response in the form below.
Keep it short. One example only.
Submit by Friday.
WEEK 3
Integrate
This week is about turning the shift into a habit.
Not something new.
Not testing once.
Or experimenting.
Just noticing when the new behavior starts becoming part of how you work.
From either C.A.R.E. Stories or Skill-Shift,
look for the moment where the shift started to feel more natural.
The moment where you caught yourself doing it without overthinking
Your Prompts:
Where did you notice the new sentence, skill
or shift showing up again this week?
What felt different about how you handled that moment compared to before?
How To Do This:
Pay attention during the week to moments where the pattern appears again.
Notice when the new behavior shows up — even slightly.
At the end of the week, write your answer in your notebook.
Then submit your response in the form below.
Keep it short. One example only.
Submit by Friday.
WEEK 4
Continue
This week is about making the shift visible.
Not convincing people.
Not teaching the framework.
Or explaining the process.
Just using the language.
From either C.A.R.E. Stories or Skill-Shift,
notice which phrase, sentence or idea from the session has started to stay with you.
Something that changes how you describe
your work, your clients or yourself.
Your Prompts:
What phrase or idea from the session have you
continued using or thinking about this week?
Where did it show up in a real conversation?
How To Do This:
Notice the language that has started repeating in your work.
Use it naturally if the moment appears.
At the end of the week, write your answer in your notebook.
Then submit your response in the form below.
Keep it short. One example only.
Submit by Friday.
WEEK 5
Keep
This week is about evidence.
Not motivation.
No inspiration.
Not “how the session felt.”
What stayed?
Over the past 30 days, something either shifted — or it didn’t.
This is where we look at what actually remained.
Your Prompts:
What idea, sentence or framework from the session do you still remember clearly?
What did you actually use in your work over the past 30 days?
Did anything change in how you approach conversations, clients or yourself?
How To Do This:
Take a few quiet minutes to think back over the past month.
Write your answers in your notebook first.
Then submit your response in the form below.
Keep it honest. A few sentences is enough.
Submit by Friday.
